Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange if it meets our return policy. Please see below for more information about returns.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked or brought to the store within SEVEN (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. Items have to be free of perfume, dog hair, odors, and cigarette smoke. Shoes can only be returned if they have zero signs of wear and are in original box. Your exchange can be requested on the packing slip. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN: Sale items (35% and over off item), home decor, jewelry, accessories, and gifts.

Return Process
To return an item, place the item securely in proper packaging and include proof of purchase along with return form. PLEASE NOTE, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Store Credit or Exchange
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. For defective or damage products, please contact us at 601-416-4597. Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving the item.

 
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: Accessories, Home Decor, Gifts, Bras, Purses, Swimwear, Jewelry & Final Sale items. 
Sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned.
Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled.
